Service Description

This is the planning stage of your project. Planning takes time and attention to detail. The importance of scheduling a consultation prior to your project shoot date is to save us both time and money to maximize your project's outcome. This consultation will help you understand my needs as the camera/sound/lighting/graphics professional and help me better understand your vision to complete the project to your needs. During this time we will navigate reality versus expectations, take notes, and come up with a perfect game plan PRIOR to our scheduled shooting date. A consultation is not mandatory, but it is absolutely suggested. Our minimum on-site cost for Photography is $150/hr, and Video is $250/hr. We don't want you to spend your onsite time going over details (which can take hours), when we can do it comfortably over the phone, video chat, or in person for a generously discounted rate.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, requests must be made 14+ days prior to your original booking time. Deposits are only transferrable if your shoot is rescheduled within 7 days of original date of cancellation reschedule notice (example: If you were to book a shoot on Jan 1, 2027, for the scheduled date of March 1, 2027, but need to cancel that date for rescheduling purposes - you have up until Feb 14. 2027 to cancel, and until Feb 21, 2027 to reschedule. If you were to cancel after Feb 14, you may not receive a refund, and if you don't reschedule within 7 days of cancellation notice, you may not transfer your refund and will not be refunded) Deposits are non refundable if a cancellation is not rescheduled.
