Service Description

Please contact us first for an accurate price quote. Some projects may require more or less time onsite and or editing. About this package: This package includes 8 hour of videography services at a location of your choosing as well as an additional 4 hour of editing included. If you need to purchase more time on location, please contact us for rates. The clock starts at the time of scheduled arrival. We must have time to unload equipment from the vehicle to the setup location, as well as setup sound/video/lighting equipment, take proper safety precautions, prepare out set/staging area and other unforeseen issues included but not limited to: weather, talent scheduling & arrival, and local laws and rules of any private locations set for filming. Please consult us first before booking any packages. (Rule of thumb: it typically takes twice as long as you think) (This package does not include wedding/engagement/corporate brand) If additional time is not purchased in advance, you will be billed at the hourly rate of $250/hr on location, and $50/hr for editing. ADDITIONAL EDITING: However, some projects may only take a few hours to shoot, but take many hours to edit with all of the final footage and components included. The additional hourly rate is = $50/hr Note: All filming will be done at 1080p unless otherwise specified. (There will be additional costs for 4k filming and editing) There will be a 25% deposit for all bookings, and is refundable up until 30 days prior to the original date of filming. A deposit may be transferred to a new booking date upon approval (subject to rescheduling fee) Payment is due in full at delivery. Final video presentations will be watermarked until the client pays the remainder of the total booking fee plus all applicable tax. A distance fee will be added beyond 50 miles of a rate of 58.5 cents per mile outside of our location. Any additional rental, equipment, permit, booking, travel, and or lodging fees incurred by us will be billed additionally to the client.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, requests must be made 14+ days prior to your original booking time. Deposits are only transferrable if your shoot is rescheduled within 7 days of original date of cancellation reschedule notice (example: If you were to book a shoot on Jan 1, 2027, for the scheduled date of March 1, 2027, but need to cancel that date for rescheduling purposes - you have up until Feb 14. 2027 to cancel, and until Feb 21, 2027 to reschedule. If you were to cancel after Feb 14, you may not receive a refund, and if you don't reschedule within 7 days of cancellation notice, you may not transfer your refund and will not be refunded) Deposits are non refundable if a cancellation is not rescheduled.
